The TV ERF is being developed by a partnership of seven councils across the North-East and will serve more than 1.5 million people living and working across the region.

Hartlepool Borough Council is leading the procurement for the TV ERF on behalf of the seven partner authorities, and this process is overseen by a governance board comprising representatives from each of the partner authorities, supported by a team of independent expert consultants.
Members of the Board are responsible for ensuring their organisation are kept informed of the progress of board in line with their governance structures.
